ABOUT

Photography is a lifelong passion of mine, from my childhood in Michigan, through earning a BFA in Advertising Photography at the School of Photographic Arts & Sciences at Rochester Institute of Technology.

After graduation and a move to New York, I honed my skills spending 12 years in the magazine publishing field overseeing retouching and production for print, tablet and web. In my spare time, I continued to shoot portraits, headshots and events. When my family relocated to Chicago in 2014, I decided to start shooting full time.

I believe in candid and honest images. Light, texture, composition and simplicity define my work. In this next chapter of my career, creativity and joy are my main priority. Photography has given me both all my life. I’d like to pass that on to you, providing captivating photographs of the important people in your life that will be enjoyed for years to come.

I enjoy travel, pain au chocolat, all things interior design, tennis, summers on Lake Huron and reading The New York Times Style section. Above all, I love spending time with my family and friends.
